The sharp (sorry I love puns) blog, Only Knives has a very good article on selecting your next set of kitchen knives. We whole heartily agree on their selection of the R.H. Forschner set. After Cook’s Illustrated named the 8″ Chef Knives their top pick we grabbed a set and have been extremely happy with the performance over the last two years.
