My Amazon package just arrived and much to my disappointment, the only extras included with the movie was the cookie tin and string of leg lamp lights. Although those are pretty awesome…Sorry for the misinformation.
A Christmas Story is one of my all-time favorite movies. I watch every year around the holidays. So you can imagine my excitement when I saw the Ultimate Collectors Edition on Blu-Ray had been released. So just what makes it the Ultimate Edition? Oh there is plenty!
A collectible retro Christmas cookie tin, a strand of leg-lamp Christmas lights (Blu-ray exclusive), 48-page cookbook with recipes inspired by the movie, photos and quotes from the movie, a red chef’s apron with an A Christmas Story logo on it and 5 collectible cookie cutters “in iconic Christmas Story shapes” like the Christmas tree star, the house, the leg lamp, Ralphie in his bunny suit, and the Peking Duck.
